The other day I don’t know how it happened but I broke my key in the ignition. So I needed an ignition key replacement. I was in a hurry and called several locksmith companies before finding this one. From the time I placed the call until starting my car again only 45 min went by I couldn’t believe it. Everyone does the idiot thing of locking their keys in the car at some point. For me it was even worse because it wasn't my vehicle and I didn't have AAA. I was stuck in the Middle of the street at a typical non-descript Software Company when I realized my mistake. Wi-Fi was plentiful and I had my laptop so I searched around for a locksmith and found these guys. A dispatcher answered right away and said a guy would be there within 30 minutes. 40 minutes later he showed up, called me and within 3 minutes had unlocked car door. He knocked $10 off the $110 fee for being late which a minor nice gesture I suppose is. Great auto service! So $100 later and a lessoned learned. Don't be an idiot, but if you do, these guys will help ease the pain.

This guy is super great! Totally casual dude, really up front and honest -  just like you want a locksmith to be. I overheard him take a prospective client call while he was doing a lock replacement at my place.  He declined the job when the person who had was locked out didn't have proof that she lived at the address in question. Also happens to know exactly what he is talking about, expert in the field.
Gave sound security advice, pointed out some code violations without trying to drum up more business, and replaced the cylinder on my old ass deadbolt (he estimated over 40 years old and it looks it) & a new set of keys.
This guy is your man on locksmithing, totally recommended.

I lost my second set of car keys a year ago, and I kept meaning to get a copy made . . . any one of these days . . . well, I locked my keys in the ignition this week.

 It was after 8 PM, so I wasn't sure if they'd be able to come that night.  They have an after-hours switchboard, and a nice operator picked up my call.  Within 10 minutes she had called a technician, and 20 minutes after that he arrived at my house.  Very nice man, very professional, and the keys were out within 15 minutes.  He would have made copied key for me right there so I would have spare car keys, but he didn't have the right one in stock so took 10% off the price.
